The newly born kittens in the Philippines photos are very rare, since they are not ordinary Philippine kittens but Pusang Gala or Pusang Pinoy or Puspin; I looked over Commons photos of newly born Puspin but I found none. I did plan to put give them as barnstars to very good and kind editors who are lovers of cats and kittens. 10 hours after I took the photo, 3 of the kittens were hit and run reverse and died forthwith, except one. I am broken, devastated by my fur babies and very sincerely yours Valenzuela400 (talk) 12:37, 23 February 2024 (UTC).[reply]

@Valenzuela400 then only choose 1 good-quality image of your deceased kitten, not four near-identical images of the very same kitten dumped here on enwiki and treating Wikipedia as a media file reporsitory site. Uploader also has a history of copyright violations. Assuming the uploader did actually take this photo, then eligibility for fair use will have to be determined on a case-by-case basis as the image is in use on two articles.
