We have no information about the copyright status of this image. I looks like some kind of official or promotional photo but, who knows. The only source information currently in the file description page is a link to a website that contains the image. • Keep- The subject has been dead over 10 years; as such, no free equivalent could be made today. Additionally, no free images of this person are known to have been made during her lifetime and available today. As a picture of a human face, it would be nearly impossible to adequately describe the subject despite the addition of sourced text. Image fails WP:NFCC#3a as there are already two other non-free images of the speaker. It vaguely fails WP:NFCC#5 as a screenshot of an online auction is not encyclopedic. Also the image is not from a WP:RS. And finally, the image fails WP:NFCC#8. The image does not have any contextual significance. FUR claims "Used for illustrative purposes – gives testimony to the second-hand value of this product as at end of December 2013" There is no discussion of what is in the image, and there are two sources that show the second-hand value of the product.
