I don't know what the completion status of the building is, but looking at it in person (without my camera), it looks like it has reached full heignt. A current picture can be taken to replace this fair use image. I have been looking for some recent skyline pictures that show the progress, however none seem available on Commons.--kelapstick(bainuu) 02:35, 10 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Non-free TV episode screenshot, used in infobox. Merely shows a headshot of a character; not the object of direct commentary; does nothing to make the scene better understood; fails NFCC#8. Generic boilerplate rationale, failing to establish any particular need for this image. Was uploaded as a replacement for File:24 Season 5 Premiere, Splitscreen.jpg, which was uploaded and also nominated for deletion only yesterday. This just goes to show the arbitrariness of these image selections: apparently, one is as good as the other, since their main purpose is not much more than having an image for the sake of having an image. Fut.Perf. 08:11, 10 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I only replaced the original image because, under further inspection, I realize it probably didn't fit the criteria in question. I don't usually upload images. I sought to find something more appropriate. The scene that this picture is from is the noted character's death scene. The character is iconic and historical, because of his noted similarities in media to President Barack Obama. The filming of this scene is also described in the article, in which the actor discusses how he had to be convinced to shoot it and his many regrets over filming it. Overuse of non-free photographs, in an article that already has far more than its fair share of non-free items. Merely shows actors and film team members sitting around in a random behind-the-scenes setting. Doesn't contribute to understanding the article sufficiently to justify the very blatant breach of NFCC#3 (minimality) standards. Claim that it conveys the "relaxed behind the scene image" in ways that could not be adequately covered by text is unconvincing. Fut.Perf. 08:48, 10 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Comment More of a problem with WP:NFCC#3 (three) rather than NFCC#8 as same info is already conveyed by Cruise-Kidman picture in same section. NFCC#3 says don't use two pictures when just one would convey equivalent info.--WickerGuy (talk) 18:48, 10 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Delete As I now see the original complaint was 3 instead of 8, I vote delete.--WickerGuy (talk) 01:55, 12 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
