Historic photograph from 1994, used in a one-sentence sub-stub article about an historical situation. Facts shown can easily be covered in words (people buying and transporting firewood). False FUR claiming the image is itself object of "encyclopedic discussion", which is nonsense, as there is basically no encyclopedic discussion of anything at all in the article. I put back the ((non-free reduce)) tag. Concerning this demand for deletion, I'd like to underline that there are other ways to find a consensus on wiki like putting a message on the talk page of a article... Third Opinion project, "Requests for comments" as it is explained on dispute resolution before to get this stage. This procedure looks both excessive and pretty extreme. I didn't know what this ((subst:orfurrev)) tag meant. I put it back to the history of the file. Again this looks like an excessive procedure from this user. He could have used the talk page of the article, third opinion, requests for comments etc...

This also looks like bad faith. Stefan2 wrote here that he added the ((subst:orfurrev)) tag which is not true as his only contribution before this procedure is this one on 29 June and it only concerned a non-free reduce tag. Looking at the history of the article, I see that the ((subst:orfurrev)) tag was added on June 29 by someone else who has got an user name very close to the opponent.
