• Delete - I believe this user did not obtain copyright permission. Copyright holder is stated as "The Creator of this image". If permission was obtained, it should be much more specific. Thank you for your comment, but I should point out that simply stating the source of the image is not the same as getting permission from the copyright holder, as the uploader has claimed he got. I believe the uploader copied the image from a website and (to put it bluntly) lied about getting permission from the copyright holder. He did this with another Beatles-related image, which was deleted. He has been notified about this IFD and has not responded, even though he has made edits since the notification. Note also that there are free images of George Harrison that are in use on Wikipedia. Ward3001 (talk) 19:24, 8 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
