Function details: Using category intersection, the bot refines geographic stub tags (*-geo-stub) where possible. I have presently prepared the code and did a dry run for India, that would perform edits like:

On Vempadu, change ((India-geo-stub)) (country-level) to ((Visakhapatnam-geo-stub)) (district level stub tag)

On Visakhapatnam Urban-3, change ((AndhraPradesh-geo-stub)) (state-level) to ((Visakhapatnam-geo-stub)) (district-level).

On Niwari district, change ((India-geo-stub)) to ((MadhyaPradesh-geo-stub)) (state-level stub tag) In this case, the district-level stub tag doesn't exist.

Since there are several false positives, edits will be reviewed before being made.
