The purpose of this bot is to look through all the rename requests at Wikipedia:CHU and Wikipedia:USURP and compare the name to the rename log to see if the user has been renamed in the past. The rename history is reported in the form newest ← newer ← new ← old ← oldest within the heading of each request.
