See Wikipedia:Bots/Requests for approval/BU RoBOT 10; this uses the same regex with the project names swapped out.

Trial complete. [1]. In looking through all diffs, I didn't find any errors. ~ RobTalk 01:23, 1 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Rob did you or someone else check the categories to be tagged? I even see red categories in the request which means the list was created with no actual check. -- Magioladitis (talk) 13:30, 1 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Sander.v.Ginkel compiled the categories, so he'll have to comment. I'm not a member of WP:Volleyball; I'm just helping with the tagging. The project was notified a good while ago and prompted multiple times to review the list of categories. From a brief spot check, it appears the red categories are the result of categories being deleted between when the list was compiled (over a month ago) and when I filed this BRFA. There's also a few instances where it appears the characters aren't quite right on the list (i.e. Category:BBTS Bielsko-Biala players listed instead of Category:BBTS Bielsko-Biała players). If anything, that seems to indicate he manually typed up the list; I can't think of any tool that would automate getting the category list but would remove special characters. ~ RobTalk 15:44, 1 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the ping! Yes, I went through the categories one-by-one and deleted the non-volleyball only cats, like when a team is both a volleyball team and a football team. I selected the categories using <categorytree>Volleyball</categorytree>. Sander.v.Ginkel (Talk) 18:05, 1 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Approved. Please run the initial tagging in separate runs to allow for detection of edge cases, (1000 pages, 1000 pages, 3000 pages, rest of the pages) with at least a day between runs. — xaosflux Talk 14:37, 7 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
