My reason is pretty much the same as the previous PROD attempt on the article which stated "Unelected parliamentary candidate who fails WP:POLITICIAN; garnered brief human-interest coverage because of his registered name, but I see no evidence of long-term notability." ... Merge to Filton_and_Bradley_Stoke_(UK_Parliament_constituency).
