Delete. There are a few Google refs under his other moniker - try a Bill Watson Pocono Mountains Media Group search - but still nothing substantial as far as I can see. He is something in the American Press Institute and appears was/is managing editor of the Ponoco Record. It's scanty stuff. He doesn't seem to have acheived anything much beyond his day job; a job and web site that doesn't appear to be of national or significant local notability.
