Under Surfing

This is a hoax. It is claimed to be a national sport in the US, but the description makes no sense, no references are provided, and Google finds nothing relevant for "Under Surfing" or "Under Boarding. The author ExtremeDown! (talk · contribs) contributed only on three days last June; his only other article, World Tag Fighting Society, is also a hoax. Delete.
