- (Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL)
Declined three times and then rejected at WP:AFC moved by COI creator to mainspace, fails WP:PRODUCT. A before finds no independent coverage of the product and the article relies on primary Toyota sources. Possible re-direct? Theroadislong (talk) 08:19, 27 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
- It does not fail WP:PRODUCT whatsoever. 12DionneJ (talk) 16:55, 27 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
- 12DionneJ WP:NPRODUCT states clearly "A product or service is appropriate for its own Wikipedia article when it has received sustained coverage in reliable secondary sources" your articles had none of these. We don't just copy "build specs" from the manufacturers. Theroadislong (talk) 17:14, 27 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

- Redirect to List of Toyota transmissions#C-series: Fails WP:NPRODUCT, not enough coverage by secondary sources. User3749 (talk) 09:06, 27 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
- All additional sources would just be repeating what the primary sources state. It's a build spec, not something that is subjective. It's an objective fact. 12DionneJ (talk) 16:53, 27 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
- Redirect to List of Toyota transmissions#C-series: I looked for sources when this was still in draft but was unable to find any secondary sources. S0091 (talk) 15:16, 27 February 2024 (UTC) S0091 (talk) 15:16, 27 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

- So we can have articles about cars, articles about the engines in those cars, but can't have articles about the transmissions in those cars? Make it make sense. This article expands upon existing articles, specifically, “List of Toyota Transmissions.” It follows the same structure as existing articles that are closely related. These “sister” articles have been in use for almost 2 decades with zero issue. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 12DionneJ (talk • contribs) 16:52, 27 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
- Redirect to List of Toyota transmissions#C-series: As an WP:ATD. Fails WP:NPRODUCT. Hey man im josh (talk) 20:50, 27 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
- Redirect to List of Toyota transmissions#C-series: per the above, I don't have much to add except that when I looked for GNG sources yesterday I wasn't able to find any either. Feel free to drop a ((talkback)) if a few of them turn-up. 184.152.68.190 (talk) 21:04, 27 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete or redirect to List of Toyota transmissions#C-series. By 12DionneJ's own account, this article is based on primary sources from within Toyota and is unsourceable. P-Makoto (she/her) (talk) 00:36, 28 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
- Redirect to List of Toyota transmissions#C-series since it fails notability guidelines; agreeing with the above. Toadette (Let's discuss together!) 19:24, 3 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
