Appears to be a non-notable drink. A Google search shows several sites that have the recipe but none of them appear to be reliable sources for cocktails. Here's the first one that shows up, the next, and finally this one. Yes, the recipe is mentioned but no history or any other information is given for it and these sites do not appear to be reliable sources for cocktails.
