This page has no references and is just a dictionary with a photo and a transcription of a plaque. There is a Wikitravel website which this would be more suited for. Non notable for Wikipedia. Notable for Wikitravel. This article has been around for 3 years and nobody has improved it. Even the talk page questions it's importance. At best, merge with Korean War.
