Maybe fails WP:ARTIST? The subject might very well be notable as a designer, but the problem is that the article reads like a promotional piece and the links you would expect to demonstrate coverage are mostly links to homepages (that don't turn up coverage), primary sources on certain projects, and EL interviews on dubious sources.
