No--examining the previously deleted article, the present one is a complete rewrite, removing a good deal of the wildly excessive material in the previous article. the other. • Delete, the organization appears to exist, however given what I can find in News, Books, and Web sources, the subject does not appear to be notable per WP:GNG or WP:ORG.
