• Keep - Obviously notable. First of all, not sure I agree with the concept that inclusion in literally hundreds of recipe guides is not a designation of notability. To me, that's the essence of notability, since inclusion in the main source of information on a topic is, by definition, significant. Aside from that, articles in L.A. Weekly, Bloomberg, and several other nation-wide publications, indicate notability. Finally, the concept that "Wikipedia is not a cookbook", is irrelevant, since this is not a recipe, but simply a description. While the article needs to be fleshed out, deletion is not warranted.
