The result was soft delete. Based on minimal participation, this uncontroversial nomination is treated as an expired PROD (a.k.a. "soft deletion"). Editors can request the article's undeletion. Note that this was done per the language of the guideline (and despite the warning of the bot) which lists this as an option at the end of sparsely attended discussions. This does not seem to be a notable conference - I don't find anything other than run-of-the-mill coverage. The article has been unreferenced for over nine years, and most major contributors have been single-purpose accounts likely connected to conference organizers.
