Non-notable businessman per WP:BIO and WP:GNG. Can't see that much has changed from the archived version since the last AFD in 2022: he runs a small chain of private vocational colleges (the London one is on the second floor over a shoe shop). Spammy article by SPA suggests undisclosed paid editing, but they've made no response about that yet at their talk page.
