Non-notable poet. The "Award" supposedly won by the subject is itself a non-notable award, and the magazine edited by the subject is not notable either. Only about 441 google hits (disregarding facebook fan pages), most of which actually refer to other persons. The only mention to the subject in Bangladeshi media was found in a single sentence of this article, where his name is mentioned among a large number of other authors whose books were published on that day.

As for the "award", the award is specifically for people who have published poems in that magazine (from Shabdaguchha's website: "Nominate up to three poets published in Shabdaguchha from January 2007 to January 2009.")
