There's no sign that this group (of 18 people in 2021) meets WP:GNG, even if the article tells us that "It is worth noting that 13 people held both Portuguese and Macedonian citizenship" (!). The article is padded out with information on trade between the two countries, NATO, etc., presumably to make up for the lack of in-depth coverage of the topic in reliable sources. delete for similar reasons as given at Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Log/2023_September_22#Portuguese_in_North_Macedonia. There's no evidence this is a notable category of people, and most of the sourcing (for the narrow claim that this is a notable thing) is based on primary sources and thus WP:OR Oblivy (talk) 07:46, 22 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Delete Template style article creation along with others (Portuguese in xxx) with very little substantive content to justify the article.
