This article is listed under the category "Cycle Types" but it is NOT about a type of cycle. It is a page about a private bike-tour company in New York City. This particular company ("Party Bike NYC") does not meet any notability standards for inclusion. Regarding the 'merge' notice on the page, this company apparently used Conference Bikes as well as traditional quadrycles in its services ... however, there is nothing to merge as this page doesn't add anything to those topics beyond the fact that this particular company used them.
