Keep — It sounds as if the nominator has a problem with the article's tone and has a unanswered question as to the reliability of the sources. If that's the case, then there are appropriate flags for each of these said deficiencies, and the article's creator -- or other editors -- should be given a chance to rectify said problems. Excuses for nomination - I'm the creator. There were several reasons for misunderstanding - 1) I didn't know the official written name of Mr. Park, so I made a couple of different pages like 'Park, Chang-soo, Park Chang-soo and Park Chang Soo,' among which Park Chang Soo is the final decision. 2) This is the very first time I created the article in wiki. 3)English is a foreign language for me. 4) Mr. Park is a musician of minor genre, so there are few official, reliable websites which can support that he's notable enough. If any, they are in Korean. 5) The very official reliable website is his own homepage, where there are many reliable sources having appeared in magazines and newspapers written in Korean and in English for a few. I was afraid I made many issues here since I did this for the first time, nevertheless I created the article because I think someone should do. In fact Mr. Park may not care about whether the article about him appears in wiki or not. There are several links in which his playing the piano can be heard. some independent sources added - Searching for the original sources in the homepage, I included some, not many, sources into the page, among which are major broadcasts of Korea.
