Although it sounds interesting, I couldn't find any sources that gave any information on this community. In Google news archives a short article in Scientific American included it on a list of eco-villages. Books and Scholar on Google pointed to lots of material on eco-villages in Bolivia (mentioning also its capital La Paz) but nothing on this one in Texas.
