No demonstration of notability per the general notability guideline and WP:NSPORT. The one source which is in the article (I removed two which didn't mention the subject) is just a player info listing and states that he doesn't play for the national team. I did a quick Google search and didn't find anything which confirms notability. This is probably an A7 candidate but I'd like other opinions.
