• Delete. The Adeniran Ogunsanya College of Education isn't a "major academic institution" by any measure so Ladele doesn't qualify under WP:PROF. I can't see sufficient coverage of her appointment in the press to pass the WP:GNG either, and even if there were it would be a WP:BLP1E. Joe Roe (talk) 13:21, 22 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
• Delete The institution seems to be a constituent college of the Ekiti State University. Being the provost of a constituent college is not good enough for WP:PROF.
