Keep He is a notable person. An author of a book that's quite unique in it being the only english translation of a classical book on Islamic Sharia (Reliance of the traveller). Edits perhaps but Definitely not a delete. --Nkv 15:57, 18 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Keep He is notable, for the reasons already stated. He is also among the most well-known Sufi scholars to Muslims living in the West. Keep He is notable for the reasons previously stated. I am not a fanatical follower but can say that he is one of the premier scholars of traditional Sufi Islam, and his translation of the scholarly work Umdat As Salik (Reliance of the Traveler) is one of the cornerstones for English-speakers seeking practical knowledge of the Shafi'i madhab.--RumiNationZ 06:14, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
