This is a non-notable biography, actually it reads more of an obituary. There is enough of an assertation to fail CSD notability guidelines and so here we are. I can't find any reliable sources outside of the external links in the article that assert Parker's significant contribution to either baseball or education. "High school principal" -- of several high schools in succession, in even smaller towns--the largest seems to have been Cooper, Texas, population 2000. And there is a little more--He was superintendent of a school district in a village Yantis, population 321. The district presumable serves more than just the village, for its high school has an enrollment of 210 [1]. Heads of nationally known major schools can be notable, but it doesn't go down nearly this far, unless they've done something otherwise really exceptional in their careers.
