I can't find significant coverage for this mayor. The notability guidelines for politicians says "Generally speaking, mayors are likely to meet this criterion, as are members of the main citywide government or council of a major metropolitan city." - Being a mayor doesn't equal automatic notability. All of the sources are local news. I'm not saying that local news can't show notability, I'm saying that every single politician gets local news. Joe Chill (talk) 23:35, 4 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Comment In all good faith, it meaning the citations get better. I'd recommend going with the close as I just doing the first page of Google ghits and saving the best for last.
