The editor also became editor during the same time as the March 2009 vandals of this article. His first edit from immediate return was the nomination of Ken Hoang. He stated the exact same reasons for deleting this article. Those reasons had been fully addressed in the previous discussion. This nomination clearly shows personal bias and possible bad faith.
