A spin-off character from Doctor Who. While relevant in universe, there doesn't seem to be significant coverage beyond that. A search yielded little to no good results. Not sure what a possible AtD would be, since he's not currently listed at the Companions article, and the book he debuted in, Death in Diplomacy, is currently a Stub article, so that's up to debate.
