Seems to be a non-notable group of some kind. The article itself is so vague that it does not specify what they do. There is also little to no coverage on reliable sources (WP:RS) - Google search. • Speedy delete under at least two rationales: No indication of notability (A7) and it does not even identify the subject (A1). Also, appears to be about living people but unreferenced, plus the author is called Jack and so is they alleged interviewee. I fear he may have been "interviewing" himself.
