Not a notable musician per the reasons already mentioned in the nominator's and voters' comments in Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Hypofixx. This one-man band doesn't meet any of the criteria described in WP:BAND. In the previous AFD, the two people who voted to keep didn't actually give decent reasons for keeping, furthermore, one of them (user:sovex) was the article's creator, and the other one is a blocked sockpuppet.
