Claims of notability appear to be false as this reference and this patent appear to refut the author's claim that Press was teh first inventor of time-release medicine technology. Aside from the (apparently incorrect) claim, the subject does not meet guidelines for notability. Apparent conflict of interest in that the article was likely created by the subject's son. Withdrawn I misread the dates on the respective patent applications. Press's application was filed first, although Lowey's patent appears to have been awarded first.
