Not in Rennick's Grayson County directory. Topos show two residences and some sheds here, and all of the newspapers.com results for "Hilltop" in Grayson County, KY newspapers are for a Hilltop Christian Church. Gbooks brings up a lot of search engine noise. I'm seeing no indication that this was ever legally recognized, so WP:GEOLAND is not met, and WP:GNG does not seem to be, either.
