The result was move to Draft:Guillaume Quellier. "Keep passes GNG" with no other qualification is not a convincing argument Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 10:00, 22 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Article I created in 2007 before I understood WP:GNG, and my PROD was declined. This footballer made 3 brief substitute's appearances in Ligue 1, plus a handful of appearances in Ligue 2 - nothing that generated SIGCOV. I've checked online English- and French-language sources and found nothing but routine and trivial coverage (e.g., match reports, transfer announcements, statistical database entries) so it comprehensively fails the GNG. - Comment There's quite a bit of coverage of him and the bakery he opened after his professional career: [1], [2], [3]. What do we make of that? Robby.is.on (talk) 21:29, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
- I apologize that I didn't mention that coverage. It really doesn't involve his footballing career (just noted that he used to play for Caen), and I also think it's insufficient to make him notable as a bakery owner. Jogurney (talk) 22:44, 24 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

- Keep passes GNG, should be expanded.--Ortizesp (talk) 17:27, 26 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep - meets GNG, and I also found sources about him as well. Thanks, Das osmnezz (talk) 17:39, 16 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Relisting comment: Relisting for at least one more week - the keep arguments have simply pointed to the a policy without any discussion of how it meets notability standards.

- Draftify: as a potential future article. Clearly not ready as it stands now. ––FormalDude talk 08:57, 8 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
- Draftify or delete. There is a bit of coverage from his bakery, but these are all in the form of interviews, with little novel critical commentary on him: what the interviewers do independently note is either redundant, or is unencyclopedic primary descriptions of the interview setting (e.g. "He mimics or polishes the fermented dough, depending, and puts it in the oven, encouraged by the haunting smell of already warm bread, mixed with the even more enticing smell of chocolate."). Relisting comment: Going for a third relist. Apart from stat sites (one of which supplies an error message), the only source is about his career as a baker. And I would question sending a 15 year old article to Draft space which is just a longer road to deletion. If he is notable for his football skills, are there sources that cover his playing that aren't an archived stats table?
