This article is not good:

• It's all about price, not usage
• very US centric
• large overlap with Fossil fuel subsidies
• large overlap with Price of oil

  I cut and posted some material out of this article into Energy law, and vice versa. Again, I need to emphasize, as someone who has worked on many energy law articles, this can be fixed and connected to lots of other articles, and in no way is it US-centric.
