• Keep and expand. I'm not clear if the Mexican League is the top level national league in Mexico (the Mexican Pacific League is another possibility), but there are enough WP:RS to meet WP:N. I've added links to a couple of scout.com articles, and added info about the Caribbean Series MVP award. Gsearch and gnews give many more articles about him (a number are in Spanish, because most of his notability comes from his Mexican League and Caribbean Series time).--Fabrictramp | talk to me 16:47, 11 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

• Keep - First, I'll note that the Mexican League is a Class AAA minor league [1], so it's not a top level national league in the same sense as Nippon Professional Baseball. He also played in the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League, which may be stronger claim to notability. I've expanded the stub slightly with a little more information and a reference on the 2009 Caribbean Series, but the article is still pretty bare. I see his notability as borderline based on English-language sources, but there appear to be lots of Spanish-language sources, so I'll give the article the benefit of the doubt.
