This AfD concerns four articles: Eureka (Eureka Seven), Anemone (Eureka Seven), Dominic Sorel and Renton Thurston, all characters of Eureka 7 anime. I originally prodded them with the following rationale: "The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (biographies) and Wikipedia:Notability (fiction) requirements." They were all deprodded by User:VMS Mosaic and User:TheFarix who argued that they should be merged to List of Eureka Seven characters. I have no problem with merge, but given that those articles have notability tags from 2009 and nobody bothered to merge them since, it's time to push the issue. They don't seem to pass stand-alone notability requirements, so it's time to do something: and if no-one wants to merge them now, I am afraid we should delete them (perhaps softly through redirect).
