Merge ~~Delete~~ - for all the reasons I've given in myriad AFDs for these non-notable embassies. It is almost to the point where we should add something at WP:OUTCOMES. There are plenty of notable embassies - historical buildings, the location of significant historical diplomatic events, the location of significant historical events prior to use as an embassy, the residence of particularly significant diplomats where much of that diplomatic effort would have been undertaken in the embassy itself and other things of that ilk.
