Keep - I see significant coverage in independent, reliable sources sufficient to meet WP:ORG. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7. As demonstrated in the sources, Elitaliana is notable for 1) operating helicopters, particularly search and rescue helicopters, and 2) a prominent ECJ case.
