• Strong Keep: Dominic Jeeva although from an obscure and small island nation of Sri Lanka was a prominent literary figure amongst its minority Sri Lankan Tamil people. • Strong Keep - For the reasons RaveenS gave above. I don't know why he was speedied (too lazy to check) but the references establish notability and the article (although only a stub and in need of copy editing) does not come across as vain or conflicted.
