This is one of two articles (along with Environmental Conservation Right) by the user who's main source is Jaime Ubilla. I believe there to be a WP:COI given the editing from WP:SPAs. • Speedy delete as A10. recently created article that duplicates an existing topic, since this article is, except for title, exactly the same as Environmental Conservation Right.
