Article unsourced since 2007. WP:BEFORE search very problematic given the number of war memoirs with this title that are not particularly about this topic.

This is basically a collection of unsourced WP:DICDEFs. The relevant content can all better be covered at Company (military unit) so I propose redirecting to that page - ultimately all they are doing is repeatedly re-stating that a company commander is typically a captain or major and there are training courses for command (content already included in that article). • Merge to Company (military unit) in spirit, but I'm not seeing anything reference to merge so I guess it's a redirect in practice. In any case, I don't see a good reason to have this be a dedicated article, when the overlap with Company (military unit) is so large.
