The result was Result was keep. Non-admin closure. Nominator withdrew and this article meets or exceeds WP:GNG with significant independent reliable sources. Many dams, such as the Franklin and Rampart, as well as those in Category:Cancelled dams, are notable. The Chowilla Dam was a large dam with a controversy on the regional/national level.
