Please read WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS. It's entirely possible that Maggie Brooks isn't notable either and should thus also be deleted, which would be a reason to delete both articles rather than a reason to keep this one — but also keep in mind that her article is also a lot longer and a lot better sourced, and contains a lot more substance to suggest that she might be notable for more than just being a county executive per se.
