Keep. It doesn't read like an advert to me - although it's very difficult to write an article describing an organisation or product without somebody thinking that it's actually promoting the organisation/product. Should anybody think that bits of the text are spammy, a better solution is to fix those bits of text. Keep Appears to be a notable certification, there are reliable sources that could help broaden the article: [1][2]. If there's a consensus that it is too promotional now, we could always stub it and rebuild from scratch. Qrsdogg (talk) 20:23, 12 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
