This is effectively a "list of few minor characters related to the Artemis Fowl series". The article is just a plot summary and I can't find any WP:SIGCOV-meeting discussion of this group that goes beyond a plot summary. • Redirect to List of Artemis Fowl characters - Both of the characters that actually have any importance to the series are already covered extensively on the main character list already, and there is nothing to indicate that they are notable enough to warrant a split into a separate article. While the article title is a pretty unlikely search term, they are listed on the Butler family disambiguation page, so as long as that's there, a Redirect would be fine.
