This artist does not meet WP:NARTIST. While she has a local reputation, she has not been a substantial part of a significant exhibition, or won significant critical attention, or been represented within the permanent collections of any notable galleries or museums. The article has three reviews of her shows. A Google search brings up a write-up from her gallery (which may be a coop).
