References do not support the one-sentence claim. Only one to include "blok" appears to be the public transport one that lists line 7 "Stari aerodrom - Blok VI - IX (Probna linija sa izmjenom postojeće trase – produžetak do bloka IX)" This refers to bloks 6 to 9; meanwhile List of Podgorica neighbourhoods and suburbs says that only bloks 5, 6, and 9 kept the "blok" designation. Delete Mass-produced sub-stub with little care taken to include details of individual articles. "Neighbourhood is not an administrative category, but unofficial geographical notion", and sources do not support notability of a residential locality with this name.
